About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – DevOps to lead our infrastructure and platform operations while managing a team of DevOps engineers. This is a hybrid role (People Manager + Individual Contributor) requiring hands-on technical expertise along with team leadership capabilities.
Role Summary
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers.
- Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and automation initiatives.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and incident management best practices.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Optimize cloud costs and infrastructure utilization.
Desired Profile
- 8–10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with Terraform, monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK), and scripting (Python/Bash).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and reliability engineering.
