About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Lead to support the implementation of an ERP solution for a large, established enterprise.
This is a critical role for someone who can manage environments, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure readiness, release governance, monitoring, and production stability for a complex enterprise software implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage development, testing, UAT, staging, and production environments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ERP development and releases
- Manage deployment planning, release coordination, rollback strategy, and version control
- Work closely with developers, ERP vendors, QA teams, and infrastructure teams
- Ensure server, database, cloud/on-premise infrastructure, security, backup, and monitoring readiness
- Support performance, availability, incident management, and post-go-live stabilization
- Maintain deployment documentation, access controls, environment logs, and release records
Qualifications:
- BE/BTech/MTech with 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, release management, or enterprise application deployment
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux/Windows servers, cloud or on-premise infrastructure
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, monitoring, backup, security, and production support
- Prior experience in ERP, enterprise software, or large-scale business application implementation will be preferred
- The candidate must be hands-on, structured, reliable, and capable of ensuring smooth, secure, and disciplined ERP deployment across the organization.
