As a Salesforce DevOps/Release Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of Salesforce applications, analyzing user needs, and designing intuitive interfaces that optimize user engagement and satisfaction. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients achieve their strategic objectives through seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, take ownership of projects, and develop skills outside your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading Salesforce DevOps and release management initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing software solutions to enhance user experience
- Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to improve client engagement and satisfaction
- Providing guidance and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Managing project delivery, confirming successful planning, budgeting, and execution
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive strategic objectives
- Conducting usability testing and user acceptance testing to validate application performance
- Creating mock-ups and prototypes to visualize and refine user interface designs
- Engaging in stakeholder management to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to enhance delivery and team development
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Graphics, Computer and Information Science, Graphic Design
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Utilizing design thinking and human-centered design methodologies

- Creating mock-ups and prototypes using Sketch software
