We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to secure, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. This role involves deploying, managing, and monitoring applications on Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker environments, integrating DevSecOps practices, and collaborating with development teams to ensure secure-by-design principles across .NET and Java-based services. The ideal candidate will have strong Linux system administration skills, proficiency in Containerization, Bash and Python scripting, and experience with CI/CD tools and monitoring frameworks.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Secure, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker environments.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices to ensure compliance, vulnerability scanning, and container hardening.
- Collaborate with development teams to enable secure-by-design principles across .NET and Java-based services.
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Linux/Bash/Python for build, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement observability and supervision standards using OpenMetrics, Prometheus, or similar tools.
Qualification:
- 5-7 years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps roles.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Strong Linux system administration skills.
- Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Familiarity with monitoring and supervision frameworks (OpenMetrics, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Awareness of DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, secrets management, and compliance frameworks.
Good to Have:
- Cilium and Kyverno.
- Exposure to Cloud Concepts, HELM.
- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
