At least 5 years of strong experience in Production Support / DevOps roles within enterprise environme
- nts.
Hands-on experience supporting Java applications, including troubleshooting and log anal
- ysis.
Experience with Unix/Linux systems is a good-to
- -have.
Experience supporting APIs and service-based archite
- ctures.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, in
cluding:
Azure Kuberne
tes (AKS)
Azure
Cosmos DB
Azure
SQL Server
Azure Sta
tic Web Apps
- nce with GitHub
Good understanding of DevOps practices and operat
- ional workflows.
Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools, pref
- erably Dynatrace.
Experience with Snowflake is a good to have (ava

Execute and support DevOps processes, including deployments, releases, and envi
- ronment validation.
Handle incidents, service requests, and chang
