3–5 years of hands-on AWS operations experience, with at least 1 year of team or project management experience
Kubernetes: 1+ year of production environment experience; ability to troubleshoot common issues independently.
Middleware: Solid knowledge of Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Kafka – configuration and tuning.
Scripting: Proficient in Shell or Python for automation and maintenance scripts.
IaC: Familiar with Terraform or CloudFormation.
AWS Services: Familiar with VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS.
Language: Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) required – ability to communicate smoothly with headquarters on technical matters.
