Project Manager — Agile/Scrum (IT Delivery)
Location: On-site — Pune (first 6 months), then Kochi, Kerala
Type: Full-time | Experience: 5–7 years
About the Role: We’re a cybersecurity firm building next-generation, AI-augmented Infrastructure-as-a-Service. We're looking for a Project Manager to keep our engineering teams aligned, our delivery predictable, and our Agile practices sharp.
Note: This is an on-site role based in Pune for the first 6 months, relocating to Kochi thereafter. Please apply only if you're open to both locations.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and groom the backlog with Product Owners; keep stories sprint-ready.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and risks; report status to stakeholders.
- Identify and remove blockers; coordinate dependencies across engineering, security, and product.
- Maintain project documentation and dashboards (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).
What You'll Need
- 5–7 years total IT/technology industry experience.
- 2+ years coordinating or managing an IT/engineering team.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and work-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
