Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – DevOps Engineering to lead DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable DevOps solutions using Azure cloud, CI/CD pipelines, JFrog, and GitHub Enterprise. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to drive engineering excellence through automation, reliability, and best practices.
Key Responsibilitie
- sLead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps processes and engineering practices
- .Own and manage enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines for application build, deployment, and release automation
- .Design and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure services
- .Implement DevOps automation using tools such as GitHub Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, and scripting frameworks
- .Manage and administer GitHub Enterprise, including repository management, access controls, security configurations, workflows, and governance
- .Manage JFrog Artifactory repositories, artifact lifecycle, integrations, and dependency management
- .Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- .Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery
- .Implement and maintain secure DevOps practices aligned with DevSecOps principles
- .Troubleshoot complex build, deployment, infrastructure, and production issues
- .Mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance on automation and cloud practices
- .Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to platform modernization initiatives
