What You Will Do
- Maintain System Reliability: Support, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments to ensure maximum uptime.
- Own Client Relations: Drive technical bridges and lead resolution calls directly with stakeholders.
- Automate & Improve: Identify performance bottlenecks and build automation scripts to minimize manual intervention.
- Manage Incidents: Own L2 escalation workflows, ensuring strict adherence to critical SLAs.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 7+ years of proven track record in DevOps, cloud operations, or site reliability engineering.
- Shift Flexibility: Full willingness to work dedicated US shifts to support our global customer base.
- Work Model: Comfortable working from our Bangalore office 5 days a week (no hybrid/remote).
- Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written English skills with extensive experience handling US and Europe clients.
- Technical Toolkit:
- Containerization mastery (Docker, Kubernetes).
- CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions).
- Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
