Role Overview
We are looking for a Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable technology solutions that align with business objectives and client requirements.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to define solution architecture, ensure technical feasibility, and guide successful project delivery.
This is a client-facing and leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive architectural decisions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across projects.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development and engineering teams.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, frameworks, and tools based on business needs.
• Design cloud-native, microservices-based, and distributed system architectures.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, availability, and compliance requirements.
• Develop integration strategies between internal systems, third-party platforms, and external services.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product, QA, and Engineering teams to support successful solution delivery.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, diagrams, and solution blueprints.
• Mentor development teams and promote technical excellence and innovation.
• Support digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives.

Requirements
• Strong expertise in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and System Design.
• Experience designing large-scale, high-availability, and distributed applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Integration Patterns.
• Good understanding of databases, data architecture, and system security principles.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architecture decisions across teams.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Candidate Background
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Software Development, Technical Leadership, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, SaaS products, cloud solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
