Overview
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
DevOps Intern to join our team. You will work closely with senior DevOps engineers to support infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in DevOps principles and hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Git/GitHub, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitHub Actions.
- Work on containerizing applications using Docker and managing clusters using Kubernetes.
- Write and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Linux shell scripting and cron jobs.
- Monitor logs and deployments, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Assist in managing cloud resources in AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline workflows and deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and Agile practices.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good To Have
- Exposure to Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, or Helm.
- Understanding of microservices and REST APIs.
- Previous contributions to open-source projects on GitHub.
