Responsibilities include
:• Responsible for providing customer support for critical Enterprise tools such as Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager etc
.• Provide on-call support on a periodic basis and participate in troubleshooting session with application teams
.• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategie
s• Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship

ts• 9 years’ experience in cloud SRE activities, such as capacity management, monitoring, core services integrations for AW
S.• Hands-on and demonstrable experience with AWS management tools – AWS Config, Cloudtrail, Cloudwatch, Systems Manager, CloudFormatio
n.• Experience with scripting tools to automate routine operation task
s.• Experience in championing change and effectively managing project/program implementati
on• Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs Preferred Skil
ls• Experience with scripting languages – javascript, perl, python, shell scripti
ng• General understanding of key IT components – LDAP, Networking, firewall, load balancing, Federated Identi
