Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD automation, and application hosting across Windows and Linux environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment workflows, handling release management, and supporting both web and mobile application deployment pipelines. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, automation mindset, and the ability to work closely with development, QA, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Build and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code modules.
- Create, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Manage web application hosting on Windows servers using IIS.
- Manage Linux-based hosting using Apache, Nginx, reverse proxies, SSL, and systemd services.
- Set up and maintain deployment pipelines for web applications and mobile applications.
- Support Android and iOS build and release processes.
- Automate operational tasks to improve deployment reliability and efficiency.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS and other observability tools.
- Troubleshoot production infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Ensure security best practices across AWS, CI/CD pipelines, servers, and cloud resources.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to streamline release processes.
- Maintain proper technical documentation for infrastructure, deployments, and operational workflows.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as:
- EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, ALB/ELB, CloudFront, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route53.
- Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Experience hosting applications on Windows IIS.
- Experience hosting applications on Linux using Apache or Nginx.
- Good understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, security groups, and networking.
- Experience with Android and iOS deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of Gradle, Fastlane, TestFlight, Play Console, and code signing.
- Good Linux and Windows server administration skills.
- Familiarity with Docker and container deployment workflows.
- Scripting experience using Bash or PowerShell.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Kubernetes or AWS EKS experience.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience with Maven, Gradle, or Xcode build tools.
- Knowledge of identity services such as Azure AD or Okta.
- Experience managing secrets using AWS Secrets Manager or SSM Parameter Store.
