The Role
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead operational excellence and infrastructure reliability. You will own production infrastructure operations, incident response, CI/CD architecture, and serve as the technical authority for infrastructure stability and best practices. This role focuses on maintaining reliable, performant systems that support rapid product delivery.
What you would own
Operations & Reliability
• Manage EKS cluster operations, deployments, and troubleshooting
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and cost across multi-account AWS environment
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and SLO frameworks
• Establish on-call procedures and runbooks
CI/CD & Infrastructure
• Design and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
• Manage multi-account AWS architecture, IAM policies, and security controls
• Oversee EC2, RDS Aurora, S3, Lambda, and other AWS services
• Support GPU workload infrastructure
Cost Optimization
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across infrastructure
• Monitor AWS spending, identify anomalies, and implement savings strategies
• Establish cost allocation and chargeback models
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of DevOps/infrastructure operations experience
• Expert Kubernetes and AWS expertise (multi-account, multi-region)
• Advanced CI/CD architecture experience (Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Strong infrastructure-as-code skills (Terraform)
• Proven incident response and production troubleshooting expertise
• Expert Linux/Unix and scripting (Bash, Python)
Preferred Qualifications
• GPU workload experience
• Kubernetes security and RBAC expertise
• AWS certifications (DevOps Engineer Professional)
