Job Title: AWS Cloud & DevOps Engineer – SaaS Multi-Tenancy
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, creative, and passionate AWS Cloud & DevOps Engineer to help build and scale our multi-tenant SaaS platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative products in EdTech, HRMS, and other SaaS solutions used by thousands of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Assist in building scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Automate deployment, provisioning, and onboarding of new customers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Optimize AWS infrastructure and reduce cloud costs.
- Manage EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, and IAM services.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Configure Docker containers and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
- Work closely with development teams to improve performance and scalability.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience with AWS.
- Good knowledge of:
- AWS EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53
- IAM and Security Best Practices
- Docker and Linux Administration
- CI/CD pipelines
- Terraform or CloudFormation
- Git and GitHub
- Monitoring and Logging tools
- Database performance optimization
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SaaS applications and multi-tenancy concepts.
- Experience reducing AWS costs and improving infrastructure efficiency.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Microservices, and Serverless architecture.
- Experience with AI applications and API integrations is a plus.
