DevOps Engineer
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Onsite Monday–Thursday)
Compensation: $170,000–$200,000 Base + Bonus
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team in a newly created position. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our DevOps strategy, improve our cloud infrastructure, and partner closely with software engineering as we continue to scale.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about automation, infrastructure, and modern cloud technologies—and excited to learn and adopt AI-powered tools and workflows as they become part of our engineering ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to support rapid software delivery.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and orchestration best practices.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers to improve application performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Monitor production environments and proactively troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Implement infrastructure security, access controls, and operational best practices.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging DevOps and AI technologies that improve engineering productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker (required).
- Experience working within at least one major cloud platform:
AWS
Azure
GCP
- (Experience across multiple cloud providers is a plus, but not required.)
- Strong experience with GitHub, including GitHub Actions or CI/CD workflows.
- Experience building and maintaining automated deployment pipelines.
