A Senior Cloud Engineer to design and build next-generation AI-powered cloud applications in a fast-paced innovation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud-Native Development & API Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs powering AI-driven applications
- Develop scalable services using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, or similar technologies
- Integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, and enterprise data sources into cloud applications
- Implement secure architectures including authentication, authorization, and data protection
AI Platform & Engineering
- Build and manage intelligent workflows and agent-based systems
- Develop retrieval, memory, and context services using modern cloud data stores
- Contribute to semantic data layers enabling AI-powered analytics and natural-language interfaces
- Create reusable patterns and frameworks for deploying AI applications
DevOps & Infrastructure
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code for cloud applications
- Monitor performance, reliability, and cost using observability tools
- Implement security controls, automated testing, and validation checks
- Support scalable deployment models using containers and serverless technologies
Collaboration & Technical Leadership
- Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product teams, and architects
- Participate in Agile delivery cycles and iterative development processes
- Mentor team members through design reviews and technical guidance
- Communicate technical trade-offs related to performance, cost, scalability, and security
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, backend development, or platform engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, RDS, Lambda, Fargate, IAM)
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Node.js, or similar frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, etc.)
- Experience building AI/ML solutions such as LLM, RAG, or agent-based systems
- Familiarity with modern data systems, APIs, and cloud architectures
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
- Exposure to vector databases, knowledge graphs, and semantic data models
- Experience with observability tools and production monitoring
- Familiarity with enterprise or regulated environments
