Join a high-performing Product Engineering team where you'll play a critical role in driving CI/CD automation, cloud deployments, release management, and infrastructure provisioning across enterprise-scale applications.
As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing DevOps processes that enable secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery. Working closely with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams, you will help accelerate release cycles, improve platform stability, and support modern cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
DevOps & CI/CD Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and automation tools
- Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes
- Drive continuous improvement of DevOps practices and engineering workflows
- Implement deployment automation and operational efficiencies across environments
Infrastructure & Cloud Management
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Develop automated deployment frameworks and infrastructure provisioning processes
- Support cloud-native application deployments and environment management
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of cloud platforms
Release & Deployment Management
- Manage application releases across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, Pre-Production, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments
- Define deployment governance, release standards, rollback procedures, and recovery strategies
- Coordinate release schedules and communicate deployment status to stakeholders
- Ensure smooth and risk-controlled production deployments
Monitoring & Operational Excellence
- Monitor deployment health and system performance
- Troubleshoot production and deployment-related issues
- Establish operational best practices and environment policies
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and system stability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with development, testing, infrastructure, and security teams
- Support Agile delivery practices and sprint-based release cycles
- Provide technical guidance on DevOps standards and cloud deployment strategies
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Azure DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Azure DevOps Pipelines
- Terraform
- Jenkins
- Git
- CI/CD Automation
- Experience managing enterprise application releases across multiple environments
- Deep understanding of:
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Cloud deployment models
- Automation frameworks
- Release governance
- Experience with branching strategies, version control, rollback mechanisms, and disaster recovery planning
- Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
