About The Role
The role is responsible for designing, building, and scaling the infrastructure platform that powers core services. This position focuses on infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and continuous delivery pipelines to ensure high availability and rapid feature velocity.
The team operates at the intersection of software development and systems engineering, building internal platforms and tooling that empower product engineers to deploy safely, monitor effectively, and maintain system reliability at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
- Manage and optimize multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters, focusing on cluster autoscaling, resource limits, and network policies
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins to support continuous deployment patterns
- Implement comprehensive observability across all environments using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and structured logging frameworks
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation, conducting blameless post-mortems and automating systemic remediation for recurring production incidents
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, containerize workloads, and enforce architectural best practices
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role managing production-grade cloud environments
- Strong proficiency in shell scripting and at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go
- Production experience managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and related cloud-native tooling
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with a strong preference for Terraform
- Deep understanding of networking concepts, VPC configuration, load balancing, DNS, and cloud security protocols
- Bonus: Experience with service meshes (Istio/Linkerd), GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/Flux), or database administration at scale
