Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Cloud Engineer to join our cloud infrastructure team. In this role, you will assist in deploying, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work closely with senior cloud engineers to support cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, improve system reliability, and ensure security and performance best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Monitor cloud resources and system performance using cloud monitoring tools.
Support the configuration and maintenance of virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud services.
Assist with infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Help automate deployment and operational tasks using scripting languages.
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
Implement cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM).
Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain cloud-based applications.
Document cloud environments, deployment procedures, and technical configurations.
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices.
Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and virtualization.
Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing).
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Understanding of Git and version control systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
