Job Title: Engineering Manager – DevOps, DevSecOps & VM Infrastructure Platforms (Python)
Experience: 10–15 Years
Mandatory Skills
- 10–15 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years of people management
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and Bash scripting
- Expertise in CI/CD using Jenkins and GitLab
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform & Ansible)
- Experience with Git, version control, and branching strategies
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices including SAST, SBOM, Secret Scanning, and CI/CD security
- Experience leading engineering teams delivering DevOps/Platform Engineering solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience
Preferred
- Experience with RabbitMQ/AMQP
- Exposure to BDD automation frameworks
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development
- Experience in regulated or security-focused environments
