About the roleThinaer is looking for a skilled, motivated Cloud Engineer to help design, maintain, and optimize the cloud environments behind our IoT and location-intelligence platform — primarily in AWS and Azure secure and government-cloud environments. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external clients, so strong technical depth and clear communication both matter here. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone with a couple of years under their belt who’s ready to grow into deeper infrastructure and security work.
What you’ll do• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Support client engagements with technical insight and practical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across cloud environments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Document best practices, technical standards, and solutions.
What you bring• 2–5 years in cloud infrastructure management, ideally with AWS and/or Azure.
• Solid grasp of networking, security, and cloud-native services.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Richardson, TX two days per week.
Nice to have• C# and/or Java development experience.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator Associate.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Docker and container orchestration (ECS, AKS, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD and automation tooling (Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Experience with government clouds and compliance levels.
