Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer to join our cloud engineering team. In this role, you will build, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure while supporting CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation to improve the reliability and scalability of cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications.
Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Automate application deployments and system provisioning.
Monitor cloud environments to ensure availability, performance, and security.
Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to streamline deployment processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in AWS Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Linux administration and scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
Experience with Git version control and Agile methodologies.
Any certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
