Role: A full-time, remote Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer responsible for deploying, securing, and maintaining a distributed fleet of AI trading agents operating on blockchain infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Orchestration & Scaling: Design, provision, and scale user agent fleets across hybrid cloud environments, ensuring security, isolation, and cost efficiency.
- Secure Network Engineering: Manage private overlay networks using Tailscale, linking agents securely with core servers and trading runtimes.
- Automated User Provisioning: Develop zero-touch deployment pipelines with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices for seamless onboarding.
- Operational Resilience & SRE: Implement monitoring, telemetry, and incident response systems to ensure high availability and state retention during disruptions.
- Incident Management: Oversee system health, participate in real-time incident response to maintain operational continuity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with container orchestration platforms like Railway, Fly.io, or similar.
- Strong AWS expertise, including VPC, IAM, Secrets Manager, ECS, and Lambda.
- Proven experience configuring Tailscale in high-security environments.
- Proficiency in Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts, or web3.
- Background in high-availability systems, financial SRE, and live incident management.
Nice to Have: Experience with large-scale AI agent fleets, LLM deployment, or quantitative trading systems.
