We are seeking motivated and aspiring Cloud Engineers to join our growing consulting team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career IT professionals who are passionate about cloud computing, infrastructure automation, DevOps, and modern cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Support the implementation of cloud-based applications, services, and infrastructure solutions.
- Configure and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud resources.
- Assist in automating infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Collaborate with software developers, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to support cloud-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
- Follow software development and cloud engineering best practices, including version control and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 1–4 years of professional experience in cloud computing, system administration, software development, DevOps, or a related technical role.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Basic scripting or programming experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation is a plus.
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and version control using Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA for the paid training program and travel or relocate as required for client engagements across the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, academic, or personal projects involving cloud computing, infrastructure, networking, or DevOps.
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Operations.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Basic understanding of cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and security best practices.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
