DevOps Engineer
Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 2–5 Years
Role Objective
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the automation and reliability of our cloud-native applications. You will work on the front lines of deployment, ensuring that our GitHub Actions and ArgoCD pipelines are fast, secure, and compliant.
Tech Stack
- Cloud: AWS (ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, VPC, Kafka, Redis, RDS, Opensearch)
- IaC: Terraform
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD (GitOps)
- Observability: Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, OpenTelemetry
- Standards: PCI-DSS, SOC2, CIS Benchmarks
Key Responsibilities
- Container Management: Deploy and manage services across AWS EKS and ECS.
- Automation: Write and maintain Terraform modules to ensure "Infrastructure as Code" is the only way we provision resources.
- Shift Left: Integrate automated security scanning (SAST/DAST) and cost-checkers directly into GitHub Actions.
- Observability: Instrument services with OpenTelemetry and build Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring.
Requirements
- Domain: Previous experience in Fintech or high-stakes transactional environments.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, API Gateway, IAM).
- Tools: Proficiency with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
- Mindset: A strong belief that "manual is a bug."
