Role Description: Senior DevOps Engineer at Essence Innovation will oversee the design, security implementation, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure supporting the company’s AI-powered health application. Security is paramount, and we are looking for someone who has in-depth experience in this field. Managing, building and maintaining our local and cloud-based servers.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Software Development and Integration, with experience collaborating across engineering teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Continuous Integration and Test Automation to support reliable builds and releases.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure management, including cloud platforms, containerization, and configuration management tools.
- Experience leading DevOps or engineering teams, with the ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and incident management practices to maintain high system availability and security.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and DevOps toolchains (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.
- We are in search of a Senior DevOps engineer with at least 5 plus years of experience.
