As one of the early customer-facing infrastructure engineers, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, integrate and operate the platform in production. The role combines a strong Site Reliability Engineering background with customer-facing engineering, helping customers design resilient Kubernetes environments, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and influence the product based on real-world deployments.
You'll act as the technical bridge between customers and the engineering team, ensuring deployments are reliable, scalable and successful while helping shape the platform as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate the platform into customer-owned AWS, Azure and GCP environments.
- Design, operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based production infrastructure.
- Work directly with enterprise engineering teams during onboarding, implementation and production rollouts.
- Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure, networking and distributed systems issues.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform, Helm, GitOps and Argo CD.
- Improve reliability, observability and operational maturity across customer environments.
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to feed back customer requirements and improve the platform.
- Support customers through production incidents, performance tuning and operational best practices.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
- Experience deploying and supporting infrastructure on AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
- Experience with Helm, Argo CD, GitOps or similar deployment tooling.
- Solid understanding of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing and cloud security.
- Experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems in production environments.
- Comfortable working directly with customers, leading technical discussions and solving complex deployment challenges.
- Programming or scripting experience in Go, Python, Bash or similar.
