Within Capgemini Invent, the Business Technology team helps CIOs and technology leaders accelerate cloud-enabled transformation. The Cloud Strategy & Transformation portfolio supports clients across cloud strategy, operating models, FinOps, DevOps, Developer Experience (DevEx), and cloud value realization.
What’s in it for you
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead and grow our Cloud Strategy & Transformation portfolio within Business Technology. The role requires strong consulting credibility, cloud transformation expertise, and the ability to engage senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver cloud-led business outcomes.
• Lead and grow the Cloud Strategy & Transformation portfolio within Invent India consisting of 30+ consultants/engineers.
• Advise CIOs, CTOs, Cloud Leaders and Platform Leaders on cloud strategy, operating models, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive consulting engagements across Cloud Strategy, FinOps, DevOps, DevEx and Cloud Governance.
• Develop offerings, thought leadership, GTM assets, and reusable consulting accelerators.
• Support client conversations, proposals, global RFP responses, and opportunity shaping.
• Collaborate with global and market teams to deliver high-quality cloud transformation engagements.
• Build and mentor consulting talent while strengthening cloud advisory capabilities.
Our ideal candidate should have
15+ years of consulting experience, with significant experience in cloud strategy, cloud transformation, or cloud advisory. The candidate should have experience in leading consulting workstreams, managing client relationships, and contributing to portfolio growth. MBA or equivalent consulting experience would be preferred.
