We're hiring a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to own and mature the Azure platform at a high-growth specialty pharmacy in the Dallas area. You will join as a full-time W2 ETG employee, embedded with the client's IT team and reporting into their VP of IT.
This is a net-new role with no incumbent and no managed service provider in place. The Azure estate has grown organically, without a formal landing zone, consistent governance, or infrastructure-as-code. You will be the person who brings order to it: designing the landing zone, setting governance and security standards, and putting repeatable, version-controlled provisioning in place.
The environment supports a business operating across six sites and roughly 1,000 users, and it needs to scale cleanly as the company grows.

- Full-time W2 with full benefits

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

- Own end-to-end Azure architecture, including landing zone design, management group and subscription structure, and platform standards
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions for a multi-site organization
- Build cloud reference architectures, standards, diagrams, and documentation from the ground up
- Own the health, reliability, and performance of the platform across compute, storage, and Azure PaaS

- Design and manage identity and access through Entra ID, including RBAC, conditional access, and privileged access
- Implement security controls and guardrails, including Azure Policy and baseline configurations
- Establish cost visibility and governance, and right-size spend across the estate
- Partner with the network and infrastructure teams on hybrid connectivity, and advise IT leadership on cloud decisions and tradeoffs
