Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps / AI-ML Engineer
Location: Dayton, OH (Hybrid)
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI
Salary Range: $130,000 – $180,000 + Benefits
About the Role
We're hiring across our Cloud Architecture, DevOps, and AI/ML teams to support mission-critical infrastructure and platform engineering initiatives. Candidates will work hands-on with modern cloud-native tooling to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS (storage, compute, and deployment services)
- Manage containerized workloads and orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Podman
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Argo (ArgoCD/Argo Workflows)
- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm
- Support search, logging, and observability using Elastic (Elasticsearch/ELK stack)
- Own Git-based version control workflows and repository management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Cloud Architecture, DevOps, and AI/ML teams on shared infrastructure needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, scaling, and performance issues across environments
What We're Looking For
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Hands-on experience with some combination of: Argo, Elastic, AWS, Kubernetes, Podman, Docker, Git, Helm, Terraform
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD best practices
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Dayton, OH
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work across teams
- Prior experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or AI/ML infrastructure roles a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000 – $180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
