The Role
As a
DevOps Engineer III, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure and automation solutions that power our global SaaS platform. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams across multiple regions, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of mission-critical applications and services.
This is a
fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within India. Given the global nature of our business and customer base, this role requires the flexibility to work
night shifts, early morning shifts, and other non-standard hours as needed to support global operations and distributed teams.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain enterprise cloud solutions and Kubernetes environments.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies across infrastructure, configuration, and orchestration layers.
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
- Build automation tools and components to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through continuous improvement and automation.
- Maintain software and infrastructure configurations throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support and enhance the DevOps tools, frameworks, and services used by engineering teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate within agile teams to promote DevOps, automation, and configuration management best practices.
- Help drive reliability, performance, and scalability initiatives across cloud platforms.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining on-premises datacenter infrastructure (physical or virtualized servers, OS, networking, middleware) is required. The majority of platform operations are datacenter-based, with cloud serving a supporting role.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Bash, Perl, or similar.
- Understanding of software build and deployment processes for technologies such as Java, .NET, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Git-based source control platforms such as GitHub.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD methodologies, and infrastructure automation.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Open Telemetry, monitoring, and observability concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Flexibility to work early morning, night, and rotational shifts to support global teams and business requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
- Comfort with integrating AI-powered tools into day-to-day workflows.
