About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and production support. The candidate will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to build and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure using GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Work closely with developers to improve deployment processes and application reliability.
- Manage production releases and infrastructure changes.
- Implement cloud security, access control, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
- Continuously improve automation, scalability, security, and system performance.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Google Cloud Build.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
- Strong understanding of Git and version control.
- Experience with Shell/Bash and/or Python scripting.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Google Cloud Monitoring.
- Good understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Understanding of IAM, cloud security, secrets management, and access controls.
Good to Have
- Experience with GCP GKE or equivalent Kubernetes services.
- Knowledge of Helm and ArgoCD.
- Exposure to Microservices architecture.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Experience working in a SaaS, FinTech, or technology-driven organization.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Work Location
Bangalore – Work From Office (WFO). The candidate should be comfortable working from the Bangalore office on a full-time basis.
