Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, application deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives. The engineer will work closely with development, architecture, security, and support teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, Kubernetes, deployment automation, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
AWS Cloud Engineering
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure.
- Provision and manage cloud resources across AWS environments.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization, performance, and cost management.
- Support multi-environment deployments including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
Infrastructure as Code
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:
- Terraform
- CloudFormation
- Automate environment provisioning and configuration management.
- Implement reusable infrastructure modules and templates.
CI/CD Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
- Support automated testing and deployment workflows.
- Enhance release management processes.
Containerization & Kubernetes
- Deploy and manage applications using:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- AWS EKS
- Support container orchestration and cluster administration.
- Troubleshoot containerized application issues.
Monitoring & Observability
- Implement monitoring solutions and operational dashboards.
- Configure alerts and incident notification mechanisms.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Maintain availability, reliability, and scalability standards.
Security & Compliance
- Implement IAM policies and security controls.
- Support vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.
- Participate in DevSecOps implementation.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards.
Production Support
- Support application deployments and release activities.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
- Provide on-call support as needed.

- 7+ years of DevOps experience.
- 4+ years of AWS cloud experience.
- Strong Linux administration experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience implementing CI/CD best practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Services or Banking domain experience.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
- AWS Solutions Architect Certification.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
