The role is ideal for a DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, and automation. You will work closely with engineering and platform teams to improve deployment reliability, release velocity, developer productivity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Develop reusable pipeline templates and deployment frameworks for application teams.
- Automate build, testing, security scanning, release, and deployment workflows.
- Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
- Support cloud-native application deployments on Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Develop and maintain Terraform modules for Infrastructure as Code.
- Automate infrastructure and operational activities using Ansible.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash/Shell.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD, Kubernetes, deployment, and production issues.
- Support rolling, blue-green, and canary deployment strategies.
- Implement monitoring and observability using AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Dynatrace, and ELK.
- Collaborate with Application, Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Platform teams.
- Contribute to DevSecOps, platform engineering, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and deployment guides.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
- Strong hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
- Strong experience with AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / Amazon EKS and Docker.
- Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with ArgoCD / GitOps.
- Experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, and/or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible.
- Strong scripting experience in Python and/or Bash/Shell.
- Good knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Git and Git-based workflows.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud-native deployment practices.
