Role Description The DevOps Engineer role at Stack AI Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployment of AI and software products. Daily responsibilities include managing Linux-based servers, monitoring system performance, automating infrastructure provisioning, and ensuring secure, stable environments across development, staging, and production. The role also involves collaborating closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to streamline workflows, improve release processes, and enhance system reliability. The DevOps Engineer will participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and ongoing optimization of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong System Administration and Linux skills, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.
- Candidates should possess experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Continuous Integration and deployment skills, including setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash) to automate processes and integrate systems.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, logging, and monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, collaborative mindset, and clear communication skills are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
