Technical Lead / Engineering Manager – DevOps, SRE & Agentic AI

Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead/Engineering Manager to lead a team of freshers and junior engineers while driving the delivery of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, and Agentic AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of mentoring engineers, driving execution, and implementing engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior engineers and freshers.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Drive SRE practices including reliability, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational excellence.
- Implement and standardize observability using modern monitoring and logging platforms.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering and Agentic AI solutions to improve engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable platforms.
Required Technical Skills
- Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Azure, AWS, or GCP
- SRE principles (SLOs, SLIs, Incident Management, RCA)
- Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog)
- Python or Go scripting
Preferred AI Skills
- Hands-on experience with Claude/ OpenAI / any genAI tools
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Agentic AI frameworks
- RAG-based applications and Vector Databases
- AI-assisted software engineering and automation
Leadership Expectations
- Experience leading and mentoring ,strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive delivery, establish engineering standards, and foster a culture of ownership, automation, and continuous improvement.
