Role Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Azure, DevOps, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Scripting, with a passion for automation, infrastructure reliability, deployment efficiency, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple environments.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules, remote state management, and workspace strategies.
- Write and maintain automation scripts using Scripting technologies such as Bash and Python for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks.
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, and identity/access management configurations.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.
- Implement automated deployment practices to improve release consistency, reliability, and auditability.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability, system performance, and rapid incident response.
- Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines, including secrets management and vulnerability scanning.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release processes and improve developer productivity.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime.
- Document infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and operational runbooks to support team-wide knowledge sharing.

Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure and deployment automation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
