About the role
We're hiring a senior DevOps engineer to set the standard for infrastructure, releases and incident response across a growing team. This role focuses on building greenfield client environments from an empty cloud account to production go-live, owning CI/CD, and mentoring the team toward a lead role.
What you'll do
- Build new client environments end to end on AWS and Azure: networking, identity, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, secrets, pipelines, observability and security sign-off
- Own CI/CD pipelines for all services on GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, and consolidate infrastructure into reusable Terraform modules
- Lead incident response, present architecture and security posture to client teams, and mentor the DevOps team
What we're looking for
- 6–9 years in DevOps / platform / SRE roles, with 3+ years running Kubernetes in production
- Have taken at least two environments from an empty cloud account to production go-live, owning every layer
- Deep hands-on AWS (EKS, RDS, IAM, VPC) and Terraform at scale; working knowledge of Azure (AKS, Entra ID)
- Strong CI/CD, PostgreSQL operations, security fundamentals (OAuth/OIDC, secrets management, least-privilege IAM) and Python/Bash scripting
You'll do well here if
- You come from a services or multi-client background and have delivered infrastructure into clients' own cloud accounts
- You've run LLM or ML-serving infrastructure (model gateways, vector stores, LLM observability) or comparable stateful services
- You take ownership when production breaks and raise the bar of teams you join
