What will you create and do?
We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and DevSecOps. The role involves building and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure and deployment pipelines, primarily on AWS. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, cloud security practices, and monitoring/observability.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Experience with Docker and containerised deployments.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes / EKS.
- Linux administration and shell scripting experience.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, Load Balancers, VPC, Security Groups).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and security tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Git workflows and version control.
Preferred Skills
- Multi-cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Kubernetes experience in production environments.
- Experience with ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Experience with secrets management tools (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
- Experience with performance tuning for cloud/containerised applications.
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards.
- Programming or scripting experience (Python, Bash, Go).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and rollback processes.
- Standardise and improve deployment processes with development teams.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, and system reliability initiatives.
- Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning).
- Implement secrets management and secure credential handling.
- Work with teams to remediate vulnerabilities and security findings.
- Manage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Optimise cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
