ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be part of FVS team & will perform WFS activities. The candidate requires high level understanding of the techniques, procedures and rules of a process. The candidate will be responsible to perform accurate and timely delivery across all fund types, in accordance with industry, company and client standards. FVS (Fund Valuation Services), a division of SG Securities & Services at SGGSC is involved in NAV Calculation of mutual funds & index funds for European region. All funds are on daily valuation & deal with a wide range of investment products which include Equities, Fixed income instruments, Money Market instruments, Futures, Options, CDS, IRS, OTC Fx Options & other Derivative products. The team works in multiple shifts. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES The candidate is expected to perform various activities related to Work Flow Service which includes: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESProcess Trades, Settlements, Foreign ExchangeProcess Subscriptions/RedemptionsProcess Corporate Action, Validate Corporate Actions, confirm its impact & subsequent changes in market valueReconcile cash positionsReconcile investment positions & market valuesAnalyze & justify/resolve all anomalies on Pre NAV controlsIdentification problems & provide resolutionInteract & have regular communication with onsite partners for clarificationsEnsure adherence to defined proceduresEnsure adherence to time schedules & quality standardsRespond promptly & effectively to client requestsOrganize workload & team members in effective mannerWork closely with superiors on various projects· Proactively seek to identify and improve current core procedures.
