We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure within a complex hybrid environment. This role focuses on cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, networking, security, and platform reliability while partnering with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable and secure cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps methodologies.
Architect and implement secure, highly available, and scalable cloud solutions that support critical business applications.
Manage hybrid cloud integrations and connectivity across cloud and on-premises environments.
Build and maintain cloud networking solutions, including private connectivity, routing, load balancing, and security controls.
Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and cloud-native services.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows.
Implement and enforce cloud governance, security policies, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
Support API management, integration platforms, and secure application connectivity.
Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency across cloud environments.
Monitor cloud infrastructure health and proactively resolve performance, availability, and security issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support modernization, migration, and platform transformation initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud operations experience.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
Strong expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, and platform operations.
Extensive experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications in production environments.
Experience implementing GitOps workflows and cloud automation solutions.
Strong understanding of hybrid networking, cloud connectivity, and enterprise integration architectures.
Experience supporting API gateways, application integrations, and cloud-native services.
Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale healthcare, regulated industry, or enterprise cloud environments.
Familiarity with cloud-native services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, and managed container platforms.
Experience managing hybrid environments connecting cloud infrastructure with enterprise applications and data platforms.
Knowledge of site reliability engineering (SRE), observability, and operational excellence practices.
Relevant cloud certifications and infrastructure automation certifications.
Experience leading cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Skills
