We are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead and manage our diverse team of Developers, Testers, QA, DevOps Engineers, and UI Developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with the ability to guide the team through complex challenges, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Developers, Testers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and UI Developers.
- Monitor and facilitate scrum meetings, ensuring that the team follows Agile practices and delivers on sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define sprint goals, plan sprints, and manage product roadmaps.
- Provide hands-on technical assistance to the team, helping them overcome challenges and ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Oversee code reviews and design discussions, ensuring that technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
- Act as a key point of contact between the development team and other stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance productivity, code quality, and overall team performance.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Experience with microservices architecture and designing scalable systems.
- Strong knowledge of React.js for UI development.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
- Expertise in NoSQL and RDBMS databases, with hands-on experience in PL/SQL.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
