Roles Responsibilities
Automation Strategy Development Conceptualize and develop a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with our products goals and technological architecture Ensure that the strategy enhances testing efficiency and coverage across all layers of the product
Automation Framework Design Design and implement robust automation frameworks that can handle the complexity of testing ETL processes AIML components Semantic Decision Intelligence layers effectively Customize frameworks to accommodate various testing scenarios and environments
Tool Integration and Optimization Integrate Cypress and other testing tools with our development and production environments managed on SnowflakeDatabricks etc Optimize these tools to ensure high performance and reliability of automated tests
Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline CICD pipelines with integrated automated tests Lead the automation team by providing guidance mentoring and support to ensure highquality deliverables
Innovation and Research Stay abreast of the latest developments in automation technologies Evaluate and implement new tools and practices that can improve the teams effectiveness and product quality
Quality Assurance and Compliance Ensure that all automation practices meet industry standards and comply with organizational guidelines Develop metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of the automation
Problem Resolution Quickly identify and resolve issues in the automation process including troubleshooting and debugging automated tests Facilitate smooth deployment and operations of the automation solutions
Stakeholder Engagement Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to report progress gather requirements and adjust strategies as needed Ensure transparency and alignment with project goals and expectations
Qualifications
1218 years of experience in automation testing with a proven track record in leading automation initiatives
Strong technical proficiency in Cypress and experience with Snowflake or similar database technologies
Extensive knowledge of ETL processes AIML systems Semantic layers and decision intelligence frameworks
Excellent Leadership Abilities With Experience Managing Crossfunctional Teams
Bachelorsmasters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field
