About the Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of CI/CD platforms and developer services. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support operations, automate workflows, and strengthen supply‑chain security across critical engineering platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Provide DevOps, DevSecOps, and production support for CI/CD platforms (GitHub, JFrog, Nexus, open‑source services).
- Manage platform operations: monitoring, incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, and production changes.
- Automate repetitive tasks, maintain runbooks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Enhance software supply‑chain security and participate in on‑call support.
- Collaborate with diverse engineering teams to drive best practices in DevOps and software engineering.
Must‑Have Skills
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in CI/CD pipeline and Artifactory management.
- Proficiency in GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines, JFrog, Nexus.
- Strong knowledge of supply‑chain security (curation, trusted libraries, registry security).
- Experience in one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, .NET.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tooling (SAST, SCA, container scanning).
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Helm) – certifications a plus.
- AWS cloud services and infrastructure management (certifications advantageous).
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience troubleshooting across multiple technology layers.
