Position: Lead Technical Recruiter
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (Hybrid 2 days onsite)
Shift: Partial US EST hours – Flexible
Salary: 16-20 LPA + 8% annual bonus (based upon experience)
Start Date: notice period must be 45 day or less
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of recruiting / HR experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
- At least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies in IT Infrastructure like Networking / Security / Servers / Storage / Compute / Cloud / DevOps / Development platforms
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Sourcing and Recruitment Platforms - Search for potential candidates, access extensive databases of resumes and profiles, and engage with passive candidates. (LinkedIn, Indeed, Stack overflow talent, etc)

As a Technical Recruitment Lead, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts for technical roles, ensuring we attract and hire top talent in the technology sector. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on recruiting expertise to drive the success of our recruitment team and meet the company's staffing needs.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and improve team performance.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs, aligning with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and organizational goals.
Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines to identify and attract top technical candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external agencies to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance our employer brand and attract talent.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and feedback.
