Azure/Terraform Engineer
We are seeking a hands-on Azure/Terraform Engineer to build secure cloud infrastructure and lead application migrations from GCP to Azure for a leading healthcare company. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Terraform, Azure networking and infrastructure, and production cloud migrations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and secure Azure landing zones.
- Lead GCP-to-Azure migrations, production cutovers, and legacy infrastructure decommissioning.
- Configure AKS, Application Gateway, WAF v2, networking, and cloud security controls.
- Implement least-privilege RBAC and troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues.
- Support infrastructure refactoring, vulnerability remediation, and cloud security best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Infrastructure as Code experience, including 3+ years with reusable Terraform modules.
- 3+ years of hands-on Azure experience with AKS, VNets, Key Vault, ACR, Azure Storage, and related services.
- 2+ years configuring Azure Application Gateway, WAF v2, and AGIC for AKS.
- Direct, hands-on experience migrating applications and infrastructure from GCP to Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform state management, infrastructure refactoring, and Azure RBAC.
Preferred: Experience with GCP networking and GKE, enterprise Terraform module libraries, Venafi/PKI, and Prisma Cloud.
