Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support an enterprise Data Center Exit and Cloud Migration program. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, Terraform, cloud networking, Windows/Linux administration, and enterprise application environments. The candidate will be responsible for provisioning, configuring, migrating, and troubleshooting AWS infrastructure while collaborating with application, database, middleware, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, provision, and configure AWS infrastructure to support enterprise application migrations from on-premises data centers to AWS.
- Manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, ALB/NLB, Route 53, and storage services.
- Implement AWS networking, security groups, IAM roles, NACLs, encryption, and connectivity configurations.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and integrate with DevOps pipelines.
- Troubleshoot Terraform failures, infrastructure drift, and performance issues.
- Support enterprise applications developed using Java and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with database teams on Oracle 19c, Oracle Exadata on AWS, and SQL Server migration activities.
- Support middleware connectivity and integration validation, particularly TIBCO ESB.
- Administer Windows Server 2016–2025 and Linux platforms (RHEL 7, 8, and 9).
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating system, networking, and application connectivity issues.
- Implement AWS monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Support migration cutover, hypercare, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and enterprise cloud environments.
- Expertise in EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, ALB/NLB, Route 53, and AWS storage.
- Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
- Good understanding of AWS networking, security, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity.
- Experience with Windows Server and RHEL Linux administration.
- Working knowledge of Oracle 19c, Oracle Exadata on AWS, and SQL Server.
- Experience supporting Java/.NET applications and TIBCO ESB integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise Data Center Exit programs.
- Hands-on experience with on-premises to AWS cloud migration projects.
- Exposure to AWS migration tools, automation frameworks, and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application migration, cutover, and hypercare activities.
