We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to play a key role in enhancing our DevOps culture, mindset, and capabilities. You'll drive the adoption of best practices, helping teams embrace automation, continuous integration, and cloud-native technologies.
Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll collaborate with feature and platform teams, coaching them to strengthen their DevOps maturity and improve delivery efficiency. You'll analyze current capabilities, identify opportunities for growth, and lead hands-on workshops to bridge technical gaps.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Guiding teams in adopting DevOps tools, techniques, and automation strategies to enhance value delivery.
Recommending tailored DevOps capability improvements based on team needs and technical maturity.
Providing insights to refine policies, best practices, and tooling within our DevOps ecosystem.
Using data-driven decision-making to optimize costs, efficiency, and long-term value for the bank.
Mandatory Skills Description:
We need a DevOps expert with experience in agile project management and a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, and automation. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, capable of working across teams to enhance software delivery and system reliability.
Key skills and experience:
Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), particularly Amazon EKS.
Strong knowledge of Helm and Helmfile for managing Kubernetes applications.
Experience with ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
Deep understanding of cloud and container networking principles.
Proficiency in GitLab CI for building and maintaining robust pipelines.
Skilled in Bash scripting for automation and system administration.
