Job Overview
Donato Technologies is seeking an experienced
Technical Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize our technical recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, in-depth knowledge of IT recruitment, and a proven track record of driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry. This position requires strategic thinking, hands-on management, and a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs, with a focus on IT and technical roles.
- End-to-End Recruitment Oversight: Oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rates, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
- Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to inform hiring strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are in line with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment: Familiarity with roles such as software developers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals.
- Leadership experience: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a recruitment team.
- Recruitment tools proficiency: Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment software like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients, providing clear updates and reports.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to use data and metrics to optimize recruitment processes and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience in global IT recruitment or cross-border hiring.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, meeting aggressive hiring goals.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary negotiations, and closing strategies.
